The Philon mentality was built on always putting employees first. Unlimited PTO is not a gimmick. We will pay you $2000 a year if you take at least two weeks off during the year.

We take the health of Philons and their families very seriously. Extensive health, dental, and vision for all employees and their loved ones.

We want you to be happy wherever you feel most comfortable working. But, if you commit to 3 days a week in the office, we will give you a $500 per month bonus.

We want to play an active role in your growth in and out of the office. All employees get $5000 a year to spend on professional development.
