Philo is seeking a Brand and Partner Manager who enjoys collaborating with different teams and has a passion for tv, with perhaps a flair for humor. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage program development for high-impact brand and partnership projects, overseeing end-to-end execution with full ownership.
- Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, legal, product, and advertising, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Oversee and maintain a comprehensive repository of all live campaigns, including creative assets, performance metrics, and key insights.
- Drive the identification of strategic opportunities for new marketing tests, programs, and partnerships, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with programming partners, leading the development of launch strategies, co-marketing campaigns, KPI setting, and budget alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to manage the creative pipeline, ensuring the smooth transition of creative assets to marketing teams for successful execution.
- Own and manage reporting, tracking, and performance analysis of partnership campaigns, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending improvements.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or a similar role, with proven leadership and project management skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills required.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-driven self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Experience working with external partners, agencies, or vendors in a high-autonomy role.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
